Project Manager

The Project manager will be responsible for oversight and review managing the construction with an emphasis on meeting goals, related to scope, schedule, budget, and quality. They will provide management, The focus will be on review documents related to fire alarm construction.
technical, and administrative resources to assist in achieving these goals. This includes
assisting the end client in maintaining the contract compliance of other contractors during the project
delivery, providing services as a technical advisor with emphasis on quality control, code
compliance, and constructability, and assisting in problem solving and documentation.
They will work on behalf of, and in the best interest of the end client. They will work within a
varied multi-disciplinary team of government and non-government staff to help produce and
document construction projects of the highest quality of work. They will ensure all work
meets or exceeds the design requirements, as expressed by the construction documents
(drawings, specifications, submittals, etc.).

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Construction, Engineering or Architecture
11+ YOE in Construction Management with a focus on Fire Alarm
Project experience of a minimum of $1M
Ability to be onsite in Kearneysville, WV 5 days a wek
