Insight Global is seeking a mid-level project manager to join one of their top oil/gas clients on their team in the Casper, Wyoming area. This candidate will help execute the entire project management lifecycle, including evaluating and scoping out new vessels/required equipment, and cost analysis. Additionally they will be ensuring project team integration amongst engineers, creating documentation, evaluating proposals and drawings, engaging with stakeholders, and staging delivery. This project manager will be brought in, will evaluate project options and ultimately choose a process to proceed with. They will then prepare an initial process design package and specifications for the option, including developing budgets. They will engage with the engineers to ensure deliverables are being met on time and with quality. From there they will document the progress being made to update stakeholders including an updated cost tracker. Finally, they will stage the entire delivery of the project.

Required Skills & Experience

Must Haves:
- 5-10 years of project management experience
- Strong understanding of engineering (process, mechanical or civil) concepts (PFD and P&ID experience)
- Cost analysis/project scoping experience with projects in the millions of dollars
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (mechanical engineering, process engineering, civil engineering, project management)
- Experience engaging with third parties (stakeholders, vendors, etc...)

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Refinery environment background
- CPLA certification
- PMP certification
- Any relevant PM certifications/trainings
- Any engineering certifications/trainings
