Our Fortune 500 client, is seeking a Project Manager Non Tech 1 to join their team. The purpose of this team is to serve as the go-to-market team for sustainability, working closely with sellers to ensure they are enabled and have everything they need to successfully execute their role. This role will contribute to providing guidance and establishing rules for effective selling, especially in handling requests for proposals (RFPs) that have been increasing exponentially. The team focuses on giving sellers guidance, workflows, and a framework for managing RFPs, with a key initiative being to provide the best services for customers in sustainability, AI, and data.

Job Title: Project Manager Non Tech 1

Location: Remote

Pay Range: $30/hr - $35/hr

Job Responsibilities:
• Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.
• Present and explain proposals, reports and findings to clients.
• Analyze technology, resource needs and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.
• Engage with GTM and assigned Regional Global Black Belts (GBBs) to use information from past RFPs, stakeholders and lessons learned to develop guidance and framework on how to prioritize, assess and respond to RFPs.
• Develop a repository of RFPs for sharing and use among GBBs

Top Skills Required + Years of Experience
1. Minimum 2 years experience with Excel
2. Minimum 2 years experience with Word
3. Minimum 2 years experience with SharePoint
• Years of Experience Required: 2 overall years of experience in the field.
• PMI or PMP certification preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
