Pay: $38.72 - $58.08 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience
Summary:
Manages real estate project matters for regional strategic leadership and business development.
Responsibilities:
Leads real estate lease, acquisition and disposition negotiations in assigned region. Manages broker engagement and appraisal companies for FMV efforts. Engages legal counsel for real estate matters requiring review and approval. Engages risk/compliance for pertinent real estate matters, facility issues and notice periods.
Underwrites real estate transactions and conducts NPV analysis and full cash flow models to devise terms and investment memos. Reviews contracts, leases, operating expenses, and CoStar market research analyses. Analyzes economic feasibility of potential new acquisitions.
Serves as main contact for third party tenants and landlords. Manages property database and abstracting of property-related documents.
Tours properties with regards to new leases, lease renewals or lease expirations. Coordinates all property-related issues or capital improvements. Manages space activations and deactivations
Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 5 years of relevant experience.
