Synertex LLC is seeking a Remote Project Manager for our Program supporting the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency Program Executive Officer (PEO) in Quantico, VA.

This position is currently being performed 100% remote in the following states: FL,MD, NM, TN, TX, VA, and NC. Position requires an active Secret Clearance.

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing IT-oriented Projects and Programs. These functions include strategic business management support, program and project management support, business process improvement, and business intelligence analysis/visualization.

Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the execution and overall success of assigned project/program.
• Guides planning of programs from start to completion involving schedule, budget, resources, and processes.
• Ensures program execution and activities adhere to contractual requirements and internal DCSA/DOD policies.
• Sets, communicates, and tracks goals for program according to strategic objectives.
• Leads / facilitates technical meetings, working groups, reviews and briefings to include developing reports, presentations and associated documentation, and by providing post-meeting summaries / meeting minutes.
• Provides DCSA leadership with timely assessment of program performance, as well as early identification of (and intervention in) program-level issues and risks that are impacting (or may impact) performance.

Mandatory Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Program/Project Management, Business Management, or related discipline or related work experience.
• Demonstrated program and/or project management experience without a PMP, with verifiable experience facilitating program and/or project meetings, managing project team members, and reviewing project deliverables for approval)
• Demonstrated program and/or project management experience related to IT systems.
• 5 years of DoD experience
• Secret clearance
• Demonstrated knowledge developing project management plan, work breakdown structure, risk management plan, project schedule, meeting agendas, meeting minutes.
• Be able to work in a flexible, fast pace/dynamic work environment.
