Job Description

The Project Manager will provide key support for the Rinvoq Dermatology team in International Marketing & Commercial Operations (IMCO). The individual will work closely with General Manager and the Brand Team Lead(s). This will include supporting the International Brand Teams (INBT) to plan meetings, coordinate agendas, prepare minutes, and communicate with team members. Also, the individual will lead the organization and planning of brand and franchise events. The project manager will forge relationships with cross-functional INBT members to support achievement of critical milestones by tracking key projects and initiatives and coordinate team responses to critical issues. This will require working closely with all internal groups and external third-party service providers to deliver excellence.
  • Manage INBT (International Brand Team) meetings organization, minutes, follow-ups, INBT goals and KPI setting process & tracking
  • Coordinate the development of Global Brand Plan & Roadmaps, including relevant medical/regulatory/legal approval processes
  • Support /Manage key events such as Brand Team Leader Forum, Immunology Directors Forum, Global Brand Council, Immunology Forum
  • Track project development plans for all key INBT projects
  • Monitor and track global brand budget across all relevant commercial functions (marketing, market access, BI, SHI, PA)
  • Coordinate Legal/Med/Regulatory approval processes of brand materials, events
  • Support key financial processes (LRP, Plan) and ensure coordination and alignment between the different functions and therapeutic area within the team.
  • Manage Global Brand Portal, INBT SharePoint & Solution Sharing Store
  • Lead or contribute to specific Marketing projects as required/necessary such as the coordination of the Bridge project
  • Manage & develop internal communications plan, execute on plan and create content for affiliate communications
  • Plan and coordinate global events and meetings


Qualifications

Basic:
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in coordination roles or project management
  • Pharma experience - advantage
  • Bachelor's Degree

Preferred:
  • Excellent planning and organization skills
  • Strong project management
  • Financial understanding
  • Global, Matrix organization experience
  • Cross-functional team experience
  • English fluency both verbal and written
