Our fast-paced environment and dynamic global Strategic Operations department is eager for a mover and shaker to step into this role and become an integral part of our team.

What You'll Do:

• Lead cross-functional project management teams to support Food & Beverage (F&B) and high-impact 10X projects.
• Oversee 1-5 projects simultaneously, varying in scope and size.
• Facilitate process improvements including mapping, reporting, and planning.
• Conduct and manage team meetings, company-wide kickoffs, and project coordination.
• Streamline project consolidation efforts as necessary across various departments.

What Experience You'll Need:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic operations and project management.
• Proven expertise in handling multiple projects with varying complexities.
• Strong capability in supporting process improvements and project planning activities.
• Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder communications.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred but not mandatory.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively without setting strategic direction.
