Job Title: Project Manager with AWS Engineering experience. (Onsite)

Location: Charlotte, NC.
Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead project planning sessions and coordinate resources effectively to ensure project goals are met.
• Be responsible for the development and implementation of AWS Glue and AWS Services solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members working with Python and AWS technologies.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time within scope and within budget.
• Collaborate with partners to define project requirements and objectives.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
• Communicate project status risks and issues to collaborators and senior management.
• Implement standard methodologies for project management and software development.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members.
• Conduct regular project reviews and post-implementation evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery and team performance.
• Apply domain knowledge in Asset and Wealth Management to provide valuable insights and solutions.

Required Qualifications:

• Possess a minimum of 12 years of experience in project management with a strong technical background in AWS Glue AWS Services and Python.
• Demonstrate expertise in leading and handling sophisticated projects from inception to completion.
• Have excellent communication and social skills to optimally collaborate with collaborators and team members.
• Show proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
• Exhibit strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Display a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating project risks.
• Have experience in Asset and Wealth Management which is a plus.
• Be committed to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends and standard methodologies.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $115,500.00 - $135,500.00 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
