Team: Studios, StudioOne(Internal Marketing/Sales/legal systems for the Studios).

The ideal candidate will have led multiple high-visibility, large-scale technologies and managed the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of large-scale, cross functional initiatives. This person will perform the role of technical PM & scrum master. This person should be able to improve the delivery of solutions through innovation and persistence, serving teams consisting of product & engineers supporting the StudioOne engineering team.

Duties:
- Supports Product Owner(s) with project coordination, scoping, tracking action items, maintaining project schedules and milestones
- Oversees all relevant scrum activities; standups, grooming, sprint closeout, planning, facilitate sprint demos and retrospectives day-to-day activities for project team members to ensure blockers are removed and increase team throughput (maximize team velocity)
- Protects team from outside distractions so engineering can focus on their work
- Owns reporting and communication on project status to various levels of the organization
- Organizing and maintaining project artifacts
- Manage and mitigate project risks & issues
- Ability to anticipate / report and mitigate issues that will impact schedule/quality
- Take meeting minutes and distribute to attendees

Required Skills & Experience
- 5 plus years in a PM and Scrum Master role with proven track record of delivering complex projects successfully
- Experience SCRUM and or other Agile methodologies with a demonstrated understanding of SDLC(Scrum/Kanban/Scrumban)
- Delivers engaging, informative, well-organized presentations
- We are looking for candidates who have experience with software engineers, QA, and product(experience with both SaaS and proprietary systems)
- Project Tools: Must include: Agile tools (Jira), Smartsheet's,
- Must be willing to support a hybrid work environment(onsite 2 to 3 days per week in Glendale)

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- PM and/or CSM certification a plus
- Big X consulting experience a plus
- Entertainment/Studio/Media Industry experience
