Job Title: Desktop Support Refresh Technician

Location: Tulsa, OK 74134 (local area hospitals and clinics)

Days / Shift: Mon- Fri, 1st shift (Approximately 8am to 5pm but must be comfortable with any possible 8 hour shift between 7am - 7pm)

**Must be open to on-call rotation & possible OT from time to time

Contract Length: approximately 5- 6 month (open-ended) contract, chance to interview and be hired on directly by the hospital

Pay: $15.00 per hour (sorry, non-negotiable)

**OT = Time and a have

**Paid Weekly on W2 basis

Hiring Requirements of Desktop Support Refresh Technician:

• Must have A+ certification or be willing to obtain on your own within 90 days of first day (if hired)
• Must be able to pass criminal background check investigation (no exceptions)
• Must be able to pass a drug test (no exceptions)
• Must be OK with completing all health screen tasks the hospital requires
• Must be able to pass a Technical Screen via Skype or Facetime
• Must have your own car and valid driver's licenses as some local site-to-site travel will be required ( NOTE: all site-to-site driving with your own personal vehicle is reimbursed at .54 cents per mile )

General Job Description:

• Primarily you will be working on the refresh team re-imaging and maintaining hospital computers
• You may provide Level 1 / Level 2 PC-based IT support for employees of hospitals facilities in Tulsa and local, surrounding areas.
• You will be responsible to submit your own working hours (and mileage if necessary) at the end of each week into the time entry system.

Pluses to have as a Desktop Support Technician:

• Experience with PC hardware
• Someone who has the hands on experience in an enterprise (large) environment
• Reliable transportation is a huge plus
• Customer Service skills is the most important trait of the candidate

This is an open-ended contract, and the hourly rate is set $15.00 per hour (approximately $31k per year).
