Job Title: Desktop Support Refresh Technician

Pay Rate: $15.00/hr (Paid Weekly on W2 basis)

Days / Shift: Mon- Fri, 1st shift (8 hour shift between 7am - 7pm)

Length: 6-8 month contract

Hiring Requirements of Desktop Support Refresh Technician:

• Must be able to pass criminal background check investigation (no exceptions)
• Must be able to pass a drug test (no exceptions)
• Must have your own car and valid driver's licenses as some local site-to-site travel will be required (NOTE: all site-to-site driving with your own personal vehicle is reimbursed at .53 cents per mile)

General Job Description:

• Primarily you will be working on the refresh team re-imaging and maintaining computers for a healthcare institution.
• You may also provide basic IT support for end-users at the client's facility from time to time as well.
• You will be responsible to submit your own working hours (and mileage) at the end of each week into the time entry system.

Pluses to have as a Desktop Support Refresh Technician:

• Experience with PC hardware
• Someone who has the hands on experience in an enterprise (large) environment
• Reliable transportation is a huge plus
• Customer Service skills is the most important trait of the candidate
