About Us:

Performance Construction Company is currently searching for an experienced Project Superintendent to join our team. Our Project Superintendents are totally accountable for job site management of each assigned construction project. The Project Superintendent fulfills his/her responsibility through daily management planning and execution of all operations at the job site. The Project Superintendent is the leader of the project site and must manage as the party responsible for the total coordination of all construction efforts and as the Quandel representative to all project parties.

What You Will Do:

The Project Superintendent will review the project plan along with the Project Manager and other key team members. This includes how the project is planned, project challenges, potential cost savings opportunities, and probable execution strategies. This requires that the Superintendent does a thorough analysis of the project plans, specifications, and bids with estimating. The Project Superintendent will work with the Project Manager in a team approach to determine a construction schedule for assigned projects.

What You Will Bring:
    • Minimum of 5 years of industry construction experience with projects from $2million to $20million.
    • 5 years as a Project Superintendent required.
    • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
    • Experience using an ERP or a project management system like Viewpoint or Smartbid, Adobe Docs, AIA, BlueBeam, and document sharing programs like Box.com, Dropbox or Google Drive.
    • Prior exposure to construction management practices.
    • Ability to drive schedule and subcontractors to meet or exceed key milestones during the project.
    • Provide quality leadership, a sense of ownership, and commitment to constantly improve our business practices.
