Job Summary:
ServiceNows Partner Enablement organization is responsible for working closely with our partner ecosystem and jointly driving business growth through enablement, capacity building, and strategic planning.
Reporting to the Manager of Partner Content Strategy, this role works closely with the Digital Enablement team, cross-functional teams, and product managers to determine feature roadmap and new deliverables. Identify and prioritize product requirements, development roadmap, and implementation of new features and enhancements while ensuring deliverables are aligned across projects and the overall program. Accountable for delivering against established business goals and objectives.

This role requires a well-rounded individual who has excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, building trust and credibility with multiple stakeholders while managing a productive partnership for success. Project management, solid technical skills, and broad execution capabilities will be required.

A strong ability to collaborate and manage a wide range of content management initiatives is a must. This person will be capable of working in a fast-paced environment and will be passionate about driving deliverable completion. They will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to work independently.

What we are asking of you in this role:
Strategy - Works with the Business and Enablement teams to develop a content strategy based on organizational strategic priorities and Partner Enablement priorities. Plan, execute, and track platform enhancements.
Develop assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement.
Project Management Identify key requirements and opportunities to improve end-user experience, operational efficiency, and site optimization.
Analysis - Regularly analyze feedback and best practices to understand trends and for continuous improvement of programs.

Configure Work with content owners and creators to configure their content for optimal usability by Partners.
Track utilize project management software to plan, schedule, and track work to ensure project milestones are being met for various initiatives.
User Training Provide training for content creators of the system and ongoing support.
Readouts - Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for managers and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will bring the following experience and skills:
6 years of Program/Project experience, preferably in a software company.
Experienced in collaborating with subject matter experts and business leaders to execute and deliver against organizational objectives.
Deep understanding of Adobe Experience Manager and Digital Asset Manager taxonomy and internal tools to help develop integrated and automated processes and create personalized experiences for our partner ecosystem.
Analytical expertise in measuring the business impact of programs and using feedback for content and process improvements.
Possesses diplomacy, integrity, empathy, and the ability to collaborate effectively at all levels within a large organization.
Outstanding communication skills to interact with Stakeholders providing technical guidance on components usage, assets, templates, page creation, and web internal taxonomy while coordinating/aligning with internal cross-functional teams.
Deep understanding of project processes /systems to estimate lead times required for project delivery.
Excellent written and verbal communication, including strong editing, grammar, and proofreading skills.
Self-motivation to roll up your sleeves and create your own innovative path in a fast-paced environment.
Critical thinking: the ability to seek information, analyze alternatives, and make conclusions or form opinions/recommendations.
High energy level, a can do attitude, a natural sense of curiosity, and a growth mindset.
An effective time manager, capable of developing and delivering/executing tactics on multiple projects, on time and on budget.
