Project/Task Manager

Seize your opportunity to make a personal impact as a Project/Task Manager supporting the Program Manager and Deputy Program Manager in assessing as-is processes and procedures, assist in developing more formal documentation of those policies, processes, procedures, and propose improvements. HOW A PROJECT/TASK MANAGER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
  • Manages and is responsible for the successful completion of all tasks in assigned project. Supervises at least 15 employees
  • Assess program processes and procedures and propose improvements to the PM/DPM
  • Document both business and technical processes across the program as needed
  • Assist with tracking and maintaining program data
  • Plan, design, and implement improvements using tools like Excel or Sharepoint to improve data integrity and efficiency to support better decision making
  • Administer and maintain the sponsors Sharepoint Site collection
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work/military experience
Required Experience: 10 to 15 years of directly related experience in System Engineering experience
Required Technical Skills:
  • Understands data management principles and data-driven design Outstanding communication skills
  • Action oriented, detailed, organized, and independent
  • Proficient to expert in Excel
  • Proficient in Sharepoint Design, Administration, and workflow design
  • Ability to react positively to changing environments and advance progress with minimal direction
Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI with Poly

The likely salary range for this position is $131,750 - $178,250. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
