Job Title: Property Maintenance Tech
Location: Cambridge, MA
Pay Range: $36/hr
What's the Job?

• Assist with common area and in-unit work requests, maintenance projects, and operational assignments
• Ensures that properties are maintained to the standards established by HUH.
• Familiarity and ability to use common hand tools.
• Keeps building grounds and common areas clean and in safe condition. .

What's Needed?

• Effective communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities
• Basic building mgmt
