Our property managers are responsible for the day-to-day operation of our commercial properties. We are looking to add another member to our management team/business family.
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Overseeing the day-to-day operation of the property
2. Create and maintain relationships with co-workers, owners, tenants, and vendors including outside leasing agents.
3. Participate in lease negotiations and oversee the creation and implementation of all lease documentation, including new leases, and renewals as per company standards.
4. Coordinate and oversee maintenance on the property including tenant improvements.
5. Review all expenditures related to property.
6. Review all monthly accounting reports.
7. Assist in creating and implementing Annual Budget.
8. Perform Quarterly Property Inspections.

Required Skills & Experience

1. No less than two years experience
2. A Current Real Estate License
3. Must have a drivers license and reliable transportation
4. Excellent Communication Skills, this includes verbal, non-verbal and written
5. Detail Oriented and Organized
6. Team Player

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
