Responsibilities and duties may include:

* Onboarding new accounts

* Providing recommendations to owners in terms of marketability, improvements, and pricing

* Marketing rental properties through the Multiple Listing Service and advising owners of progress of showings, feedback and applicants.

* Processing applicants for tenancy after obtaining screening with owner consultation.

* Conducting, coordinating and reviewing property surveys/inspections for lease compliance, maintenance oversight and recommendation for lease renewal.

* Preparing all management leases

* Assuring that certified funds and security deposits have been collected

* Monitoring unpaid rents and assuring delinquency notices are sent

* Coordinating and negotiating lease renewals

* Communicating and advising owner in a timely manner of actions and or funds needed to maintain property

* Maintaining property files in AppFolio and keeps operations team and Customer Experience team updated on status of properties

* Staying informed on maintenance, inspections, and other items that involve the property

Required Skills & Experience

* 3+ years of experience

* Must be licensed to practice real estate in VA

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
