Under general direction of the Supervising Property Appraiser (SPA) in the Assessment Services Unit (ASU), the Associate Property Auditor Appraiser (APAA) researches the more complex property tax issues involving the taxation of business personal property and independently prepares written analyses of findings.

Working Conditions
