Role Overview

As a Proposal Manager at Business Integra Inc., you will play a pivotal role in our success by leading and managing the proposal development process for federal projects. You will leverage your expertise in federal proposal writing, APMP and Shipley methodologies, and a proven track record in creating winning proposals.

Responsibilities

• Federal Proposal Expertise: Demonstrate 8-10+ years of experience managing proposals for federal projects, ensuring compliance and high-quality submissions.
• Lead Proposal Development: Guide and lead the team through all volumes of proposal submission documents.
• Facilitate Team Participation: Engage technical and broader teams early on to craft differentiated solutions and enhance proposal content.
• Review and Improve Proposals: Validate compliance matrices, conduct reviews, offer concrete recommendations for enhancements, and ensure better presentation of graphics.
• Develop Writing Templates: Create templates with placeholders for graphics, focus boxes, and strengths aligned with proposal sections, ensuring cohesive themes.
• Mentorship and Training: Lead by example, train teams in APMP methods, and support the development of winning proposal strategies.
• Deadline Management: Thrive in deadline-driven environments, prioritize tasks effectively, and ensure timely submission of high-quality proposals.
• Articulate Writing: Showcase articulate written communication skills to convey complex ideas effectively.
• Materials Repository: Develop and manage a repository for reusable proposal materials to streamline future proposal efforts.
