Job Title: Maintenance Lead Person - D Shift

Location: Protein Conversion Plant - Broadway, VA

Schedule : Thursday- Saturday 6pm- 6:30am Wednesday 12am- 6am

Pay: $34.16

Position Summary:

Individual will be responsible for leading the Maintenance Department and assisting supervisor in daily operations of the Protein Conversion plant.

Education and Experience Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Supervisor/Lead Person experience preferred

Skill Summary:
  • Must be able to drive a straight gear truck
  • Willing to learn to operate all systems and machinery and make quick decisions
  • Willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and overtime as needed
  • Must be a team player and have a positive attitude
  • Excellent attendance, safety and work record
  • Ability to work without direct supervision
