* Plan, organize and direct several engineering disciplines, project controls, & construction management; including, engineering deliverables, overall safety, cost, schedule and quality of assigned projects.

* Ensure that the project review process and other quality control guidelines are followed.

* Consult and assist clients with project delivery plans.

* Establish project teams, coordinate activities of multiple disciplines, ensure the efficient, cost-effective utilization of staff.

* Provide performance feedback to department managers for project team members as appropriate.

* Demonstrate creativity, foresight and mature judgment in anticipating and solving problems.

* Establish and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.

* Identify opportunities and manage team efforts for submittals, proposals, presentations, contract negotiation, and related activities.

Develop project execution plans for project staffing, budgeting, scheduling and establishing critical project objectives.

* Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field from an accredited curriculum.

* Project management / construction management experience

* 5-7 years of experience
