The Rhode Island Department of Health (RIDOH) has retained Knowledge Services to provide a temporary project management support across multiple programs within its Center for Emergency Preparedness and Response (CEPR), to include, but not limited to the development (e.g., outline, timeline, organization of existing components) of after-action reports; completion of theme-specific annexes; and reaccreditation tasks. Role is responsible for support functions related to these and other projects including meeting management (calendar set up, agenda, notes), background research, and tracking project step completion status through engagement with internal and external partners, and responsibilities as outlined by each program's manager.

Essential job functions include:

• Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during each project's lifecycle
• Report project outcomes and/or risks to program managers and leadership and escalate issues, as necessary, according to project work plan
• Develop comprehensive reports to report on and/or address findings from program operation studies as well as support leadership visibility
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to organize meetings and support completion of project-related tasks
• Enter data into spreadsheets
• Correlate data from multiple lists, cross checking for QA/QC and policy conformation
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

Minimum Qualifications

Candidate must have sufficient education, training, and experience to demonstrate the possession and direct application of the following knowledge and abilities:

• Excellent Microsoft Teams, Excel, Word, Power Point skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Great attention to detail
• Stakeholder management experience - working with multiple stakeholders with different priorities
• Flexibility and resiliency - ability to react to a changing environment and deliver articulated outcomes
• Valid driver's license

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university. (required)
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Master's degree (preferred)
