Responsibilities:

Reviewing and submitting provider applications for credentialing. Review new provider applications for completeness and obtain any missing information from CAQH or the provider’s office as applicable. Submit applications to credentialing for processing. Review and prepare Elderplan contracts for execution according to the Elderplan/NPO policy and procedures. Track all applications sent to credentialing. Maintain the contract tracking database for all new contracts. Update correspondence log for all interactions with the provider.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent, required. College degree, preferred.
  • Two years’ experience working within a managed care or related setting, highly preferred.
  • Proficient in Health Rules, Visual Cactus, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Access)
