Psychiatric triage for all levels ofcare for McLean Hospitalunits on and off site, certain McLeanaffiliates, Partners facilities and capitated contracts. Provides teaching function for all evaluatingclinicians regarding payers and precertification requirements.

Qualifications

Education: B.A., B.S., or equivalency.

License: N/A

Skills: Demonstrated stronginterviewing and organizational skills, beginning knowledge of psychiatricdiagnosis and treatment, data entry, and excellent communication via telephoneand in person, keyboarding.

Experience: Equivalent to one year ofexperience in mental health care setting.

All employeesmust possess basic computer skills to use a variety of electronic or onlinesystems for communication, clinical and administrative purposes.
