Hiring Range: $99,933. - $135,945.

Offer rates are based on experience. Offer rates at the higher end of the range are only for applicants with many years of experience

St Mary's robust Behavioral Health team is actively recruiting a PMHNP to work closely with children, youth and families ages 5-18 currently enrolled in St Mary's counseling services outpatient program.

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Provide psychiatric assessments, diagnostic evaluations and treatment protocols for child & adolescent patients
• Medication management
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment team to secure the best outcome for the patient
• Conduct treatment through both telehealth and in-person visits as needed
• Initiate referrals to other providers as needed

Complexity of Work: • Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment.

Personal Protective Equipment: • Follows Standard Precautions using personal protective equipment as required.

Required Credential(s):

• Certified and Registered Nurse Practitioner (NP) by the New York State Education Department (NYSED), obtained prior to start date.
• PMHNP preferred
• BLS Provider obtained within 3 Months (90 days) of hire date.
