Holds a Master's Degree or Doctoral Degree or active Registered Nursing license and relevant clinical licensure (APRN), Suboxone waiver

Experience needed: 3-5 years of experience in the addiction treatment field, preferable at various levels of care

Reports to: VP, Integrated Healthcare Services

Job Description:

This role oversees all of the Agency's Clinical and Medical Services, including I-HAT (In-Home Addiction Treatment) Family Therapy, Psychotherapy and Care Coordination, IHWM (In-Home Withdrawal Management) and MATs. This individual must possess excellent interpersonal communication skills as he/she collaborates with the Clinical and Medical Managers, Medical Director, direct care staff and upper management to ensure a high standard of client care. This individual must also be self-motivated in terms of creating new policies and procedures as needed in order to streamline clinical operations.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing client care and supporting staff in treatment planning and crisis management
  • Creating and implementing clinical protocols and procedures to increase quality of care and program efficiency
  • Reviewing Weekend Screening and other Assessments (COVID, Columbia, etc) in the EHR system in order to focus care on acute clinical cases
  • Creating and implementing staff development and monthly clinical staff trainings
  • Providing as needed and scheduled individual clinical supervision for staff
  • Leading weekly Case Review along with Medical Director
  • Attending team meetings with CRAs and CCs for acute case planning
  • Overseeing and managing IHWM and/or MATs program
