The Central Nursing Services Central Staffing Office (CSO) has an opening for a PM, 12-hour permanent, full-time Psychiatric Technician Assistant. This position will report to the CSO Unit Supervisor and Nursing Coordinator and is responsible for facilitating hospital-wide staffing across all three shifts, maintaining hospital-wide overtime lists, coordinating voluntary overtime, and communicating with multiple Programs/Departments regarding facility staffing needs.

Applicants must demonstrate the ability to communicate clearly and professionally, work with a variety of personalities, analyze and solve problems, establish and maintain the confidence and cooperation of others, exercise good judgment in decision making, and handle stressful situations tactfully.

A current Certified Nurse Assistant Certification number must be included.
