The primary purpose of the position is to coordinate activities in the maintenance office, including parts repair and related supplies, parts inventories, updating maintenance tracking programs, originating and processing warranty claims, processing invoices for payment, maintaining office records as required by regulatory agencies, and maintaining safety records. Team member is responsible for ongoing oversight and run time of equipment within the facility in the absence of the lead, including robotics, electric pick carts, transportation carts, and additional equipment as assigned.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Initiates orders for maintenance repair parts, supplies, and services
• Receives and processes repair parts into shop inventory and updates maintenance records
• Processes equipment work orders
• Processes equipment warranty claims needed to recover cost for parts covered by warranty
• Answers incoming calls and maintains a high degree of customer service
• Maintains all data entry functions relating to key performance indicators, productivity, and volume flow using system generated reports and Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge and expertise of robotic unit repairs while utilizing troubleshooting dashboards to maintain run time
• Tracks the usage of parts on hand for robotic and picking cart repairs to ensure optimal stock levels
• Demonstrates the company's values of CARE, INTEGRITY, TEAMWORK, COURAGE, and HUMOR
• Performs other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be able to communicate and understand company policies and safety regulations in order to complete job duties in a satisfactory manner.
• Must meet the ergonomic and physical requirements, as well as the physical base scores for this position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must meet the company performance standards for the job including but not limited to regular attendance.
• Must be able to use, or learn to use, the equipment and tools used to perform this job.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word
• Ability to read/comprehend technical repair manuals
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Work independently with minimal direction/supervision
• Self-motivated with a willingness to take initiative
• Customer-oriented attitude

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Shift Hours: Minimum 4-hour shifts or more depending upon business needs
