PT Cook | Food Services | Daphne Assisted Living

Shift Hours: 6a-6pm

Pay Range: $11-$14/Hour based on experience, but no experience is necessary .

• Ensures proper sanitation, hygiene, and health standards.

• Assists in dining room serving.

• Excellent organization skills.

• Consistently practices proper sanitation practices and follows cleaning schedule to help keep kitchen up to code.

• Utilizes effective and safe inventory and storage methods for paper products, dishes, serving utensils, equipment, and chemicals.

• Documents the completion of assigned tasks and listing any additional tasks also done.

• Works with Cook and Dietary Aid to maintain a kitchen environment that promotes safety and proper hygiene.

• Cleans dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and equipment according to dietary procedures

• Store all supplies and equipment to maintain cleanliness.

• Uses all equipment as directed.

• Report any supplies that are running low or missing.

• Report any dishes, equipment, utensils, etc. that is broken or missing.

• Ability to write, read and follow recipes

• Organizes food prep, cleaning, meal serving, ordering, kitchen organization, etc.

• Reports to work on time and work assigned shifts.

• Adheres to policies and procedures and kitchen cleaning schedules.
