Eric Snider - State Farm Agency, located in Columbus, OH has an immediate opening for a part-time State Farm Agency Contact Representative - In Office . No insurance experience is required as we will train the right person with the right attitude.

The main role is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction. Ideal candidate is a professional with a great attitude and outgoing personality! Someone who has 'never met a stranger,' has stellar computer skills, the ability to multi-task, works well with their peers, and has a true passion for helping others.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Assist with setting in-office and phone appointments for agent.
• Handle premium payments and billing troubleshooting.
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
• Follow up on claims submitted for clients.

Ideal Candidate:

• Must be able to work in-office Monday thru Friday ( 11am to 5pm, about 30 hours per week)
• Friendly, dependable, and outgoing.
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
• Comfortable with making outbound calls.
• Genuinely excited to help customers.
• Patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative.
• Ability to empathize with and advocate for clients when necessary.
• Strong Problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Property & Casualty license a plus!
• Bilingual English/Spanish language skills a plus!

This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs.
