Insight Global is seeking a Public Health Clinical Nurse Manager to join a client in New Orleans, LA. This individual will be responsible for managing the day-to-day clinical operations of the medical clinic as well as the dental clinic, when needed. These responsibilities include but are not limited to: conducting chart audits, overseeing a team of LPN's and their development, conducting community outreach, developing policies and procedures, and assisting with workflows. This individual will analyze data and establish quality improvement action plans to ensure a course of action that is appropriate, comprehensive, and effective for clinical staff to meet the organizations short- and long-term goals. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity based in New Orleans, LA.

Required Skills & Experience
- Associate's degree in nursing
- RN
- Louisiana State Board of Nursing licensure
- 4+ years of professional experience in the field of Public Health Nursing or professional nursing
- 1+ year of supervisory experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and ability to work in culturally diverse, patient centered atmosphere
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in nursing
- Current Basic Life Support (CPR) Certified
- Quality and/or Performance Improvement Experience
- Familiar with government health policies
