Pulmonary/Pre-Hospice Med/Surg RN

): A large health system in Braselton, GA, is hiring for pulmonary / pre hospice RNs. This resource will be working primarily with patients who will eventually need a hospice location in the future. The acuity level of this unit is high, and requires nurses to interact heavily with patients, rather than with families. This is a team based nursing position, meaning this person must be team oriented. This role requires someone that has strong critical thinking and has experience working at the bedside. Additionally, below are details of the position:
24 bed unit
Population served is pulmonary and hospice patients
Primary cohort for acute care Covid patients
RNs trained in hospice drip
May provide care for patients post ICU
Must be adaptable and flexible

Required Skills & Experience

Licensure or other certifications: Licensed to practice as an RN in Georgia.
Educational Requirements: BSN
Minimum Experience: At least 1 year of RN experience
RN, BLS
