We are seeking a skilled Purchasing Coordinator to join our team! As a Purchasing Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting Supply Management and various departments by providing essential administrative assistance. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, including general clerical duties, project-based work, and limited Buying duties.

The base pay range for this Purchasing Coordinator role is $42,250 - $56,750 annually.
We are seeking a skilled Purchasing Coordinator to join our team! As a Purchasing Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting Supply Management and various departments by providing essential administrative assistance. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, including general clerical duties, project-based work, and limited Buying duties.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Prepare business correspondence, spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations and organize and maintain applicable databases as required to support business activities.
- Prepare and maintain records, logs, and filing systems pertaining to area(s) of responsibility.
- Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to printing, mailing, filing, memoranda, reports, and other related materials.
- Maintain CSL documents such as insurance certificates, confidentiality agreements, etc.
- Assist with supplier qualification efforts by gathering documents and uploading in CSL.
- Provide general support to multiple departments including supporting managers on the preparation of documents, scheduling meetings, filing, and mailing documents as needed.
- Issue purchase orders and assist with requests for quotation.
- Provide support as needed by reviewing and evaluating Supplier bids, negotiating final price and Terms & Conditions including appropriate "flow down" of Customer terms.
Job Requirements / Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
- Associate Degree preferred, High School Diploma or Equivalent required
- 2+ years of related work experience as a coordinator or in a supportive role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Products -Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Cost Point preferred but not required.
- Excellent organization and communication skills.
- Construction Experience Preferred
The base pay range for this Purchasing Coordinator role is $42,250 - $56,750 annually.
