The role of the Purchasing & Logistics Manager involves overseeing the supply chain process, from order entry to planning and procurement, as well as logistics. The manager ensures that products are purchased and production is planned in alignment with company policies and customer requirements. These demands are influenced by the ERP system. Additionally, the manager collaborates on forecasting, reviews safety stock levels, and manages supplier stocking programs to enhance cost efficiency and reduce lead times, supporting the current business environment.

Required Skills & Experience
• 5-8 years of experience within manufacturing environment
Can be 4 years of working & 4 years of relevant education
People management experience

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• APICS Certification
• Manage cost savings initiatives (PPV)
• Data analysis and improve sDOT (supplier delivery on time)
• SQUAL focus (supplier quality)
• ERP experience (Vantage and/or E10 preferred)
Experience reading/interpreting engineering drawings
