Job description

Infosys is looking for a Python developer responsible for designing, building and maintaining efficient, reusable, and reliable codes by setting expectations and features priorities throughout development life cycle.

Required Qualifications:

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Raleigh, NC or be willing to relocate to the area prior to onboarding. This position may require travel in the US.
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 2 -4Years of experience in Information Technology. and Core Python (data structures, conditions, iterator functions, general functions, operations, classes, PEP8/documentation), Advanced Python, FAST API, PostGres SQL, FLASK, Django

Preferred Qualifications:

• Technical Skill Set: Core Python (data structures, conditions, iterator functions, general functions, operations, classes, PEP8/documentation), Advanced Python, FAST API, PostGres SQL, FLASK, Django Tools: Github, JIRA, Postman
• At least 2-4 years of experience in relevant technology
• Knowledge on Agile principles and practices is a must.
• Analyzing user requirements, envisioning system features and functionality.
• In-depth knowledge of design issues and best practices
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming
• Familiar with various design, architectural patterns and software development process. Implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests
• Good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate with remote teams in effective manner
• Ability to work independently and can multitask/guide team. Ensure continual knowledge management
• Adhere to project schedule and ensure quality deliverables. High flexibility to travel.

The job also entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.
