QA Analyst Remote position

Indotronix is seeking a QA Analyst Remote position

Position: QA Analyst

Position Location: Remote

Duration: Contract to hire

Days of the week: Monday through Friday

Hours: meetings take place 9:30-5:00 PM EST these would be core hours

Candidate Technical and skills profile:

Key responsibilities:

-Work with QA Analysts and Developers to ensure that all aspects of the system have proper testing coverage and overall system reliability, performance and quality.

-Provide testing management for ongoing projects and future initiatives.

-Deliver effective and efficient testing solutions by meeting key project milestones and overall project deliverables on time, and adhering to development and quality standards.

-Analyze the testing needs and develop testing strategy and plans.

-Review and approve test plans, scenarios, scripts or procedures such as database impacts, software scenarios or usability.

-Review software documentation to ensure technical accuracy, compliance or completeness and/or to mitigate risks. Ensure application documentation is complete and maintained/ updated in a timely fashion.

-Some mentoring of junior QAs

-Strong knowledge of testing disciplines and methodologies.

Must have technical skills/experience:

-Regression testing experience

-Strong documentation skills. Preferred experience in Jira and Test Rail

-Knowledge of computer hardware and software. Ability to test webpages.

Degrees or certifications for the candidate to be successful:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management Information Systems or Computer Science or equivalent experience 5 years of experience

1- Video with HM

2nd round if needed
