We're looking for an amazing QA Manager - Ecommerce Technology to fill this role, which is based in our Fort Lauderdale office. You'll be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance process for princess.com (Web and Ecommerce). You'll manage the QA team, develop, and implement testing strategies, ensure product quality standards are met, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance methodologies, excellent leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities
  • Build Product regression automation suite and integrate it with deployment processes.
  • Guide resource allocation and workload management among team members
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of automated test scripts and frameworks.
  • Lead and mentor a team of QA Manual Testers, fostering a collaborative and motivated work environment.
  • Collaborate with Test Engineers to identify opportunities for test automation and streamline the automation process.
  • Ensure that automated test suites are up-to-date, efficient, and effectively integrated into the testing pipeline.
  • Collaborate with the Program Lead to define test strategies, test plans, and test cases.
  • Participate in test design and planning activities, including risk assessment and prioritization of test efforts.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the QA team.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in the Information Technology field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in QA, with at least 5 years in a managerial or lead role.
  • Proficiency in QA methodologies, testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JIRA), and automated testing frameworks.
  • Experience with AI tools will be a plus.
  • Proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks.
  • Experience in communicating testing progress, issues, and results to stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and software development life cycle (SDLC).
  • Strong leadership, team management, and mentoring abilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Informed on industry best practices, emerging testing tools, and technologies.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Princess is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment visas at this time (e.g., H-1B status).
Please note that this position is HYBRID based in our Fort Lauderdale office. Successful candidate must be within commute distance and able to go into the office 3 days per week.)

  • Base Salary Range: $112,800.00 to $152,300.00. The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base salary is directly related to each candidates' qualifications and experience uniquely.
