JOB SUMMARY:

The QA/Training Specialist position is responsible for both QA and Training related activities. This position works closely with QA Specialists, Training Coordinators and staff/leadership in corresponding departments and clinics. In addition to the responsibilities of the QA Specialist I, the QA/Training Specialist provides support to Training Coordinators with design and development of training material, training preparation, and facilitation of training. They offer ideas and suggestions to enhance programs associated with QA and Training roles.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

H.S. Diploma,GED,or Equivalent

1 year of experience in Quality Assurance/Training or 3 years of experience in Healthcare Revenue Cycle

Ability to plan and manage multiple tasks and workflow, work independently while collaborating with internal and external customers

Works collaboratively with a variety of internal and external customers (i.e. staff, peers, managers, medical staff, community groups, affiliated facilities)

Ability to accurately speak, read, write and understand English

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's Degree

Graduate from Technical Training School in related field of study

Experience with Epic EMR systems

Experience running and manipulating reports from an EMR system

Demonstrated ability in quality assurance and performing end-user support and training

The expected hiring range for this position is $25.47 to $35.03
