Job Summary -
Candidate can be either in Texas, NJ, Chicago or Atlanta location.
We are seeking an experienced QE Architect to lead our test automation and quality engineering efforts, leveraging Gen AI skills and AI-driven testing tools. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software quality engineering, test automation, DevOps, and AI-driven testing.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement test automation frameworks using tools like Selenium, Appium, or Cypress
- Develop and maintain automated test suites for web and mobile applications
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration of quality engineering practices
- Develop quality engineering strategies and plans to ensure high-quality software delivery
- Work closely with DevOps teams to ensure quality engineering practices align with DevOps principles
- Conduct quality engineering workshops and training sessions for cross-functional teams
- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies in test automation, quality engineering, and AI-driven testing
- Design and implement AI-driven testing solutions using tools like Mabl, (link unavailable), or Functionate
- Develop and maintain machine learning models for predictive testing and quality engineering
- Work with Gen AI platforms like GitHub Copilot or AWS Code Whisperer for code reviews and testing

Requirements :

- Over 10 years of experience in software quality engineering, test automation, DevOps, and AI-driven testing
- Expertise in test automation frameworks like Selenium, Appium, or Cypress
- Strong programming skills in languages like Java, Python, or C#
- Experience with DevOps tools like Jenkins, Docker, or Kubernetes
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies like Agile and Scrum
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or related fields
- Experience with Gen AI platforms and AI-driven testing tools
- Knowledge of machine learning and predictive testing

Nice to Have:

- Experience with cloud-based test automation platforms

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS :

Pay Range*: $160000-210000

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
