In the role of Quality Administrative Assistant you'll play a pivotal part in performing a variety of administrative tasks in support of the Quality Department with preparing test materials for new hires, re-certifications and new certifications. This position contributes to our vision by:
 Prepare testing materials for new hires, re-certifications and new certifications.
 Prepare tool bags for new hires.
 Perform an inventory of spare parts for tool bags and maintain a stock.
 Perform an inventory of part numbers and maintain a stock.
 Validate results from written tests and award certification.
 Maintain training records and training database.
 Provide notification for upcoming recertification for all employees requiring certification or qualification.
 Manage ASSIMA re-certifications.
 Internal audit activities (Stamp, tools)
 Scan validated workbooks and dispose of them.

Education and/or Experience
• High school diploma required;
• 1-2 years of clerical experience
Knowledge/Skills
