Quality Assessment Coordinator

Under the direction of the North State Regional Office Manager and/or Quality Assessment Project Manager, the Associate Governmental Program Analyst (AGPA) is responsible for implementing and maintaining the National Core Indicator (NCI) Surveys within various Regional Centers within California. The AGPA will conduct NCI interviews with adults with developmental disabilities in addition to recruiting, training, and monitoring the quality and workload of contracted interviewers who will be conducting NCI interviews. The AGPA will conduct planning efforts and outreach to the community, provide technical assistance to regional centers, develop best practices to maximize resources, and create training modules. The AGPA must coordinate an efficient process of mailing surveys to family members, process completed surveys, and generate written status and evaluative reports per project guidelines. Travel intermittently may be required to conduct in person interviews and to attend events, training, and/or conferences outside of scheduled work hours.

Working Conditions

• This position is eligible for hybrid telework under California Government Code Section 14200 for eligible applicants residing in California. All telework schedules are subject to change and may be reevaluated at any time. Specific telework arrangements may be discussed in more detail with the respective hiring manager.

• This position requires travel and occasional work during evenings and weekends.

• English/Spanish bilingual language preferred.
