About Trust and Safety
Building a world where people can safely discover, create and connect. The Trust & Safety (T&S) team at TikTok helps ensure that our global online community is safe and empowered to create and enjoy content across all of our applications. We have invested heavily in human and machine-based moderation to remove harmful content quickly and often before it reaches our general community.

It is possible that this role will be exposed to harmful content as part of the core role/as part of project/ in response to escalation requests/by chance.
This may occur in the form of images, video, and text related to every-day life, but it can also include (but is not limited to) bullying; hate speech; child safety; depictions of harm to self and others, and harm to animals.

About
The Search Events Team is responsible for the ecosystem development for TikTok search. The Events Team breaks down the types of creators corresponding to different content and provides services to creators, such as search inspiration, creative tools, traffic and monetary incentives, etc. We are expecting that through these means, we can introduce content needed for search in a targeted manner and enrich the ecosystem, while better satisfying users' search experience.

Responsibilities
- Working in the search team to ensure key targets (e. g. productivity; efficiency; quality) are met in moderation work of search content ecosystem building
- Conduct quality inspection and calibration meetings in the appeal process, provide data feedback and optimize SOP to ensure the overall success of projects
- Conduct case evaluations and other product operational duties, including but not limited to delivering evaluation guidelines, evaluation reports, data & product feature insights to drive project success
- Support training and go-live process
- Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above
- QA experience of moderation & evaluation project
- Advanced Spanish to be able to work with the Mexico market

Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge about TikTok and search engine, familiar with social media and video/streaming platforms.
- Deep understanding of culture and familiarity with users' online habits
- Good communication skills, experience in cross-team collaboration, eager to learn
