As a Quality Assurance Coordinator, you are the primary liaison to our customers and the customer follow-up process of incomplete paperwork/monies for contracts and deeding of the client's new purchase.

  • Coordinate sales contract flow to the CRM team to ensure contract closings are performed in the order as they are received in a fast paced environment.
  • This includes receiving the prepack with id's, precrm checklist, credit check authorization, credit app and trade value sheet from the sales person.

  • Verifies the account is up to date on upgrades.

  • Keeps track of the order in which the prepack is received and assigns to the CRM once the email with the contract to print is received.

  • Stores completed contract files in secure locked cabinet at the end of the day.

  • Prepares the files to transmit/send to our Corporate office on the assigned days of the week.

  • Prints contracts as necessary when Team is backed up with closings

  • Assist with other duties as necessary assigned by Sr. CRM manager

  • Orders all collateral and materials: public offering statements usbs, office supplies etc.

  • Previous experience in customer service/problem solving
  • Outstanding attendance record (verifiable)
  • Professional appearance and attitude
  • Computer literate with Excel and Word
  • High School diploma/GED
  • Contract experience or QA
  • Vacation experience
  • Must be able to obtain Florida State Notary
