Responsible for all activities involving quality assurance and compliance with applicable regulatory requirements; conducts audits and reviews/analyzes data and documentation.
Develop, Execute and Promote the Client Divisional strategy roadmap that will deliver APU OFF performance in line with established goals
Manage and develop a team of specialists (contractors) whose primary mission is the reduction of APU run time
Coordinates team activities across the Enterprise to ensure project integrity and consistency
Serve as primary POC for the Client Environmental Program which includes monitoring and identifying areas of improvement to Core Task Completion reporting at a station level
Identify high risk stations through data analysis tools, and then work with local leadership to identify opportunities for improvement and process enhancements
Lead high-visibility, high impact projects for Client that improve overall divisional Safety, Security and Compliance performance
Drive the Client Safety Management System through leading and participating in SRA and ensuring station leadership is applying SRM/SRA for any of the four SMS triggers
Reinforce standards and expectations by coaching and correcting employees
Elevate Ground Safety issues to leadership as needed
Participate in Client Ground Safety meetings and calls
Share lessons learned and other communications with employees and leadership
Practice safety-conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures

Quals--
Must be able to manage project execution and follow up, monitor and manage information, balance multiple priorities while meeting deadlines and objectives
Previous experience executing a sustainability strategy roadmap for an airline ground operation
Previous experience with Client Environmental process, procedures and tools
Candidates should have a sound knowledge of safety management principles and practices plus have strong analytical skills
Position requires proficiency in MS 365 applications
This position will require the availability to work and travel outside of normal business hours.
