Piper Companies is currently looking seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to work for an innovative and growing Biotechnology company in Everett, PA.

Responsibilities for the Quality Assurance Specialist
  • Supports change control process, CAPA system, deviation process, nonconforming material process, customer complaints, etc.
  • Ensure batch records are reviewed effectively before materials release, ensuring accuracy
  • Executes root cause analysis and establishes in-depth corrective and preventive action
  • Participates in internal audits and inspections including planning for audits along with execution
  • Support SOP writing and revision as needed


Qualifications for the Quality Assurance Specialist
  • 3+ years of experience supporting Quality Assurance in a similar capacity
  • Prior experience supporting Deviation process, Root Cause Analysis, CAPA implementation is preferred
  • Strong attention to detail, and ability to maintain accurate and organized records
  • Bachelor of Science in related field is preferred


Compensation for the Quality Assurance Specialist
  • Pay Rate: $60,000-$80,000 annually
  • Full Time Permanent
