Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000 / year DOE

Quality Assurance Specialist Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 3+ years of experience in quality assurance within the food and beverage industry, particularly on the inventory side
  • Extensive experience with documentation, supplier, and vendor management
  • Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and v-lookups
  • Experience with PowerBI and dashboard creation is a plus
  • Highly organized and capable of managing a high volume of inventory
  • Self-starter with excellent critical thinking skills
  • Advanced Excel skills, with the ability to create and optimize Quality Assurance processes is preferred

Quality Assurance Specialist Responsibilities:
  • Review and verify Quality Assurance documents for received products to ensure compliance with specifications and approved suppliers
  • Conduct internal audits to ensure alignment between inventory and documentation
  • Collaborate with Research & Development to approve new suppliers and ingredients
  • Manage inventory quality assurance processes, including handling damaged product issues and root-cause analysis
  • Develop and streamline Quality Assurance processes, with a potential future role in purchasing
  • Ensure annual updates of all product approvals
  • Utilize Excel for advanced data analysis and reporting
