The Quality Analyst position is responsible for performing chart reviews and abstracting data as needed to support quality projects within the facility. Participates in the collection, submission, and display of organizational data through reporting systems. Serves as a role model and resource to all staff and affiliates regarding the quality program. Reports to the Director or designee.

- RN with 4 years of clinical experience
