Description

The Children's Home of Pittsburgh is seeking a Quality & Compliance Manager. This position works Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week. This position assists in the planning, organization, direction and control of quality assurance, compliance, and improvement for The Children's Home. This position functions as a change agent to eliminate replication of functions and processes within healthcare programs including the Pediatric Specialty Hospital and Child's Way.

Requirements

1. Bachelors' degree in a health care field or equivalent work experience.

2. Maintains current RN License.

3. Health related Masters is preferred.

4. 5 years of health care experience.

5. Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills are required.

6. Professionalism, enthusiasm and initiative are expected.

7. Experience with data collection, analysis and management.

8. Healthcare policy knowledge base necessary.

9. Case/record review skills preferred.
