This position in the Quality Ground Regulations
Assurance (QGRA) Organization. QGRA is a multifunction organization providing innovative solutions for Lockheed Martin Aeronautics and aerospace industry customers.

Specific QGRA functions include:
Policy, Surveillance, CAPex & RCCA process, Ground Operation Procedures management "GOPS", Aircraft Ground Damage Investigation, Foreign Object Debris prevention.

In this position the applicant selected will Review,
Analyze and Report on quality discrepancies related to raw materials, parts, assemblies, processes, and or systems.

Conducts process surveillance audits to evaluate
procedural adherence, documents findings and
provides statistical summary of collected data to
assigned program leadership and outside
organizations.

Investigates problems, analyzes quality data, reviews nonconformance disposition for accuracy and assists with corrective actions for recurring discrepancies.
Responsible and accountable for coordinating
containment efforts, tracks nonconformance
documentation data for accuracy and trends, and
provides containment analysis to Quality Engineers for corrective action coordination.
Interfaces with manufacturing, quality,
engineering, and customer representatives to ensure requirements are met.
Basic Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience reading and
comprehending blueprints, engineering specifications drawings, technical data and planning documents.

- Experience develop charting, read/write technical documents and build presentations.

- Working knowledge of PDM, QADS, VAS, and SFM systems.

- Experience with DCMA Customer integration and communication.

- Experience with Aircraft Ground Operations Auditing/ Surveillance
Desired Skills:
-Required F-16 technical experience in Prod Ops or Quality.
- Experience with Final Acceptance and Safety of Flight inspections on the F-16 Fighter or similar
military fighter jets
-Experience performing surveillance activity and/or process surveillance.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and lead teams.
- Excellent communication skills are desired.
- Ability to work well in a diverse team environment.
-Previous experience performing FOD and Final
Acceptance Inspections.
-Working knowledge in F-16 tools such as QADS,
SFM, and AMS9000.
-Experience using problem solving and root cause
corrective action (RCCA) methods and tools.
-Experience using Microsoft Office Tools such as
Excel, Power Point, and Project.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
