Pay

Minimum - Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $58458 - $76800 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Responsibilities
  • Ensuring quality solutions are delivered to the business.
  • Technical ownership of the testing environment, lab, and automation platforms.
  • Follow best practice testing and routines for lab environment to ensure Quality Standards set by the business are delivered properly.
  • Develop metrics and calibration for testing new versions and applications.
  • Plan and implement testing (e.g., regression, functional, data validation, system integration, load, or performance tests) for new and existing functionality.
  • Document results of testing and quality reviews.
  • Plan, create, execute, and automate test cases.
  • Isolate, reproduce, manage defects and test case databases, and verify fixes.
  • Support user acceptance testing conducted by business partners or end users.
  • Conduct exploratory testing for complex features, e.g., those that span across platforms or teams.
  • Understand and apply automated testing approaches such as model-based testing or record-and-replay.
  • Research, recommend, and implement new testing technologies and practices, such as incorporating machine learning.
Physical Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in information management, computer science, business administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience and 3 years of quality control testing experience
  • Experience with test automation frameworks, such as Robot Framework, Selenium, and Cucumber
  • Experience designing and implementing test plans and test management tools such as ServiceNow and UIpath
  • Experience with application performance monitoring, observability tools, and test automation frameworks
  • Experience with automation technology, point-of-sale technology, and API and data management tools like Postman
  • Experience in technical documentation scripting with various applications and languages including SQL, Java, and Python
  • Must be able to work 8-hour shifts 5 days a week, with evening, overnight, and weekend hours during installations
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
